Ph.D. Application Deadline

Applications deadline date December, 1st for fall semester admission. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered for admission. The three areas of specialization are Child Development, Family Studies, and Marriage and Family Therapy.

The Department will not accept application after the above deadline date.

Graduate degree programs in the Department of Family and Child Ecology are offered only within the College of Social Science.

Some admitted students receive financial support from the following:

1. Teaching assistantship (TA)

2. Research Assistantships (RA)

3. MSU Fellowships (e.g. University Distinguished Felloships, University Enrichment Fellowships)
